In April 2009, we added 2 members to our team.
Steve Mosley & David Black
are available to
bring the Seven Minute messages and workshops to your group.
Having Steve and David join us provides several advantages to you.
#1 They share the values and beliefs that are the core of The Seven Minute Difference.
#2 They offer a wealth of background and experience in the business world that you will benefit from in the workshops we offer.
#3 Expanding our team has allowed us to instantly triple our calendar availability by adding these two resources. This means we can be more flexible in meeting your schedule requirements.
#4 And because they are willing to travel more often than Allyson is able to, we are able to discount the fee schedule for workshops they deliver.
For all of these reasons, we are pleased and excited to add Steve and David to the Seven Minute family!

David Black
David Black joins us after successfully completing a 5 year commitment with Carlton-Bates Company as their Vice President of Human Resources. David has spent well over a decade in the leadership training arena as well as operating in several fortune 500 companies, holding both tactical and strategic positions.
David is certified in many widely known human assessment tools. He has trained extensively in leadership development areas including culture change and interventions, strategic planning, teambuilding, performance management and executive coaching. David has held several leadership positions in fortune 500 companies including WESCO International, Centerpoint Energy Inc. and ALLTEL over his 30 plus years as a professional. He knows that instruction is giving people the awareness of the job that needs to be done and only part of the equation. The most important part is execution … “where the rubber meets the road” and he can make sure the participants understand the how and why to implementation.
David is an excellent coach and facilitator. Below are some testimonials from other events he has facilitated.
" …wow what a class! I really did not want to come here but my boss made me, David made all the difference with his real life stories and passion around becoming a more focused leader … first thing tomorrow I will thank my boss for the opportunity to attend." --- Terri H.
"David Black is perhaps one of the most perceptive and intuitive individuals with whom I've worked. His demeanor allows him to work with executive and front line workers alike. People naturally gravitate to him and seek his counsel as they manage through work-life issues. It is a pleasure working with him." ---
K. Joseph Wittemann, PhD, LPC,
Focused Change International
"I heard this seminar was good but I had no idea how informative and essential it is for my success as a leader. David made it easy to understand not only the mechanics of the process but more importantly he helped me understand the WHY it is so important. Culture, culture, culture. It’s really about the people!" --- Linda S.
"David is knowledgeable, passionate and convincing as a facilitator. As a leader … he exudes confidence and empathy while doing the hard things it takes to be a trusted leader … persistent at worst." --- Drew Stewart,
Crossroads Company
